I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO Plans and Blue Choice Options Plan.

I am also in-network with Aetna PPO Plans.

Additionally, I am in-network with United Behavioral Health PPO Plans.

If you have any other insurance apart from BCBS, Aetna, or UBH, my services will be out-of-pocket. I can supply you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance for inquiry of coverage. Please confirm coverage with your insurance prior to beginning services with me!
